Ending several years of litigation, the city of Trenton, N.J., has reached a $1.2 million settlement with the family of a three-year-old boy who drowned. According to NJ.com, Darren Horton was pulled from the bottom of the Roberto Clemente Pool by a sibling on July 5, 2010. Surveillance video shows a male lifeguard on duty was clearly distracted.
