Canada's Calypso Waterpark is facing more legal troubles. A woman has filed a $1.25-million lawsuit alleging she was injured on a park water slide. The Ottawa CItizen reports "Brenda Ferguson alleges she injured her neck, right shoulder and arm when she and her husband were tossed off a raft as it descended into a tube on one of the Limoges, Ontario theme park’s rides in September 2011." This follows separate unrelated lawsuits and a 2012 chlorine leak that injured 13 children. Read More
