A New Jersey judge has validated an ongoing lawsuit filed by two NFL teams against Edmonton-based developer Triple Five and the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority, while allowing construction on the American Dream megamall and waterpark project to continue. The project, under development for approximately a decade, is set to include a 639,000 square foot water and theme park, but The New York Jets and the New York Giants "say the park will disrupt game days at neighboring MetLife Stadium," reports NJ.com.
