A development group unveiled lavish renderings of an indoor/outdoor waterpark planned for what is slated to be Colorado's largest hotel.

RIDA Development Corporation announced the addition of a $25 million waterpark to the 1,500-room Gaylord Rockies Hotel and Conference Center it is constructing near Denver International Airport.

According to the Aurora Sentinel, the drawings show a lazy river, waterslides built into rock, and what RIDA describes as an overall “hot springs experience” for visitors. Read More
