NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE COMMERCIAL POOL AND SPA MARKET:
Delta UV has an excellent career opportunity for a top notch salesman who will be in charge of the rapidly growing commercial market. You will be responsible for the success of this division.
Delta UV is looking for smart and motivated self-starters with minimum 7-10 yrs. related sales experience and a solid record of sales achievement. Successful candidates must be ambitious individuals with the ability to identify and close business. Knowledge of UV and green pool technologies is a plus, but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal communication skills and personal computer skills are essential.
Responsibilities are to oversee sales activities in the commercial pool and spa market; call on distributors/dealers to obtain new business; expand existing business; review market analyses to determine customer requirements, volume potential & competitive pricing; develop sales campaigns; display/demonstrate product; attend trade shows; implement annual sales plan; develop/maintain list of key accounts/contacts in web-based CRM system. Contribute leadership through your experience and work ethic and outside the box thinking.
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER:
This challenging position requires a self-starting, goal-oriented and entrepreneurial attitude, and a proven sales record. The region will be divided by the Mississippi river, targeting key market share States. The successful candidate must be able to identify and satisfy the customer's needs, build long-term relationships and provide exemplary service in the field. The position requires 5-7 years of experience in a related industry.
Outstanding candidates will join our professional team representing a market leader in UV systems, and apply their talents to discovering and closing new business. As a Regional Sales Manager you would be expected to develop, manage and monitor sales strategies to drive sales growth, to use value added sales techniques to achieve sales goals, to recognize and communicate competitive trends in the market place, to technically assist customers with the implementation of our products and to foster growth of a distribution network.
