WATER PARK MANAGER
The City of Fremont (CA) is seeking a seasoned Water Park Manager to organize and manage the programs and activities of the City's brand new Aqua Adventure Water Park. PRE K12 AQUATICS PROGRAM MANAGER

Description:
Milton Hershey School is currently seeking a Pre K12 Aquatics Program Manager. The Aquatics Manager must have a professional expertise for utilizing all campus aquatics facilities and equipment. The Manager is responsible for working cooperatively with appropriate MHS administrators and all facilities personnel in maintaining safe and healthy recreational/learning environment at all indoor/outdoor facilities. The Manager must have knowledge in aquatics instruction and programming, and apply these skills as assigned in all of the aquatics facilities. The Manager is responsible for collaborating with the appropriate school personnel in the hiring/evaluation/termination of all indoor/outdoor SC&L Aquatics Program personnel as well as individual ancillary accountability. The Manager is responsible for working with the Aquatics Coordinator in the management of the outdoor Aquatics Program budget and P-Card accountability. The Manager is responsible for working with the Aquatics Coordinator in the administration of training opportunities for all Aquatics Program personnel. The Manager is to work with the Coordinator and appropriate division personnel in the facilitation of all outdoor aquatics' staff meetings. The Manager is responsible for working with the Aquatics Coordinator and appropriate division personnel in the development and supervision of an integrated outdoor K12 aquatics curriculum. The Manager is responsible for working with the Aquatics Coordinator and appropriate division personnel in the administration and development of all outdoor aquatics programming.
The Manager is to attend, observe, and assist in aquatics programming implementation as determined. The Manager is to work with the Aquatics Coordinator in developing and maintaining an electronic record system of all outdoor aquatic program operations, staff and program evaluations, budget, and an inventory of all resources. The Manager is to work with the Aquatics Coordinator in assisting the Senior Director of Student Character and Leadership in the areas of yearly budget development, facilities planning, and YRE/seasonal aquatics programming. The Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aquatic activities and facilities both indoors and out meet the current state safety requirements. The Manager is to serve as the aquatics program liaison to the Office of Human Resources and any state/national aquatics organizations and affiliations, as well as the program spokespersons in the MHS and surrounding communities. Finally, the Aquatics Manager will assist in other Student Character and Leadership responsibilities as deemed necessary during the indoor season.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in aquatics, physical education, education, or related fields of study.
Minimum 3 years as a certified lifeguard (current)
Two years or more in the supervision of employees in a recreation, education, or aquatics environment; water Safety Training; must have the following current licensures/certifications:
American Red Cross Lifeguard Training and First Aid
American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer
American Red Cross AED Essentials\
American Red Cross Oxygen Administration
Minimum Salary $43,175.00
Maximum Salary $53,970.00
Education Level Bachelor's Degree

NORTHERN CALIFORNIA TERRITORY MANAGER
Aqua Tech Systems, a supplier of commercial aquatic equipment and chemicals is seeking a qualified individual to lead sales efforts in Northern California. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, technically adept sales professional with experience in the commercial swimming pool industry. Market focus is on large facilities such as waterparks, universities and school districts. Experience with chemical automation, filtration systems and deck equipment considered a strong plus. Applicants must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation is based on experience and includes salary, commission and expenses.
