• The 18,000-square-foot outdoor space includes a leisure pool with lazy river, two water slides for different age groups, water sprays and a zero-entry wading pool. The venue was created to support learn-to-swim programs, aquatic therapy sessions and aquatic exercise, as well as competitive and recreational swimming by high schools and swim clubs. Outdoor lockers and Wi-Fi add convenience. Take your seat and behold the best in aquatics design.

Every year, Aquatics International celebrates the best in aquatics facilities of all types. This year’s no exception.

Here, you’ll find the leisure pools that are becoming the norm. These projects officially usher out the standard-issue community pool, introducing bright colors, joyful play features, and fully formed, elegantly executed design concepts and themes.

Of course, waterparks make their appearance as well and this year's winners are from exotic locales. The renowned destinations draw users from all over the globe, and their designers have found new ways to use water to evoke smiles from tots or screams from teens — all while experimenting with a variety of shapes, forms and hues.

You’ll find a complex of pools, spas and waterfeatures that present an elegant atmosphere
for the business travelers who comprise a large portion of the visitors to this high-end hotel.

A spraypark beautifully frames several local landmarks to evoke pride in its city and provide a place to colorfully acknowledge game days for local teams.

On the website, you'll find three additional honorees, including a competitive pool designed to be worthy of the champion team using it and two community aquatics centers — one as sleek as any resort and the other filled with heart as it instills pride in its locale and engages at-risk youth.
