Hawaiian Falls in North Texas hosted an event they called Champions Days at five of the company's water parks. The event created specifically for children and adults with special needs, medical or mental.

Special needs individuals were let in free, while their family members and caregivers were offered discounted tickets.

For many special needs people, the normal hustle and bustle of water park can be overly stimulating which can overwhelm them.
