Nine individuals have been fired from the Forest Preserve District of Cook County following allegations of theft, sex and under aged drinking.
At least one supervisor was included in those fired and as many as a dozen Illinois recreation professionals face disciplinary action, after being caught on tape drinking and providing alcohol to minors, engaging in sexual activity and sleeping, according to a letter from the office of the Independent Inspector General Patrick M. Blanchard.
