Jeff Fryer

Jeff Fryer is aquatic director of the River Road Park and Recreation District and pool operator for the University of Oregon, both in Eugene, Ore. He serves on the Association of Aquatic Professionals’ Board of Directors and on the Starfish Aquatics Institute’s National Staff. In his 45-year career, he has garnered a variety of experience. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Recreation and Park Management from the University of Oregon.
