The team accomplished this with a design that appeals to a wide range of interests, and a very colorful look.

Bold statement

Covering nearly 523,000 square feet, the site includes a 22,000-square-foot wave pool, 14 water slides, a special water play zone for toddlers and several food and beverage options. A Kid Zone includes seven water slides and a play area with four splash-pad stations.

The toddler play area sits toward the center of the park, making it easier for families to keep an eye on their little ones from many vantage points.

The wave pool ranges from 0 to 6 feet in depth and can be programmed with as many as eight wave patterns. The 45-Foot LED wall capping the wave pool adds a bold way to create promotions and events such as dive-in movie nights. Faux rock walls surround this feature, which is capped off with arcing deck sprays.

Among aquatics facilities and waterparks of all types, generous decking and shaded areas have been one of the most requested features, so the team provided plenty, with 15 cabanas and nine giant umbrellas available for rent for those who would like a private space, along with party pavilions for larger groups.

The design placed a high emphasis on color and excitement to attract families. Primary colors are alternated on the umbrellas, while one of the dominant slides features a rainbow progression. The slide structure features varying light tones with dark, cool with warm.
