Pete DeQuincy, Aquatics International contributor and aquatics supervisor for the East Bay Regional Park District in Castro Valley, Ca. is inviting his peers to take part in a summer-long challenge meant to encourage the use of video technology as well as promote alternative training methods.
The challenge kicks off Saturday, May 17 and runs through August 29. During this period, participants will create a three-to-five-minute video each week based on a clip selected from DeQuincy's existing YouTube channel. Videos that have met the challenge guidelines will be posted to his channel. Submissions will be ranked on number of views and positive/constructive comments given by the viewers, and props/prizes will be given to the top three videos each week.
