In preparation for the revision of its Lifeguarding portfolio, the American Red Cross is seeking feedback on its GuardStart: Lifeguarding Tomorrow course and other junior lifeguarding programs currently being used in the industry for youth ages 11 to 15.
Industry professionals are asked to respond to a survey by March 3, to help identify strengths and weaknesses with these programs and shape future revisions of Red Cross courses so that they better meet the needs of aquatic managers and course participants.
