WhiteWater, the Canada-based global designer and manufacturer of waterpark products and family attractions, has hired Nathan Jones as its global head of attractions business development. Jones will focus on guiding future growth, and his job will include heading growth initiatives for the company within the dry amusement park product sector.
He is an industry veteran with experience in executive management positions for some high-profile manufacturers, most recently spending three years as vice president of sales and marketing, North America, at Vekoma Rides Manufacturing. Jones also has previous experience at WhiteWater, where he served as sales director for eight years.
In his leadership roles, Jones has traveled around the world working on amusement attraction projects, drawing on his experience in sales, marketing and business development. He also is affiliated with the Themed Entertainment Association as a founding member and Northwest subcommittee chairman, current vice president of the Western and North American division, and board member.
