An Orange County Calif., swim coach was sentenced to 16 months in state prison for having sex with a 15-year-old female student, according to authorities.
Todd Robert Sousa, 37, co-owned and taught swim classes for the Swim Ventures swim program and was a youth coach for the Aquazot Swim Club. He pleaded guilty to three felony counts of unlawful sexual intercourse, as well as more than a dozen counts of lewd acts on a child, and two misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to court records.
