The biggest waterpark has just premiered in Thailand. The latest facility to open in Asia, a region that is experiencing tremendous growth, RamaYana WaterPark is more than 184,000 square meters and has the capacity to host 2 million guests annually.

Located just 20 minutes from the main city of Pattaya, RamaYana sits among the picturesque lakes, rivers and hills of the Silver Lake area. The surroundings naturally flow with the waterpark's theme of an ancient Asian city, highlighted by an island with an iconic sculpture, real elephants, which consumers can feed, and even a typical Asian floating market located in the center of the park. Additional amenities include private cabanas, quality food and beverage offerings, and entertainment events.

"RamaYana is more than just Thailand’s biggest waterpark, it is an experience of 21 waterslides, some of them totally unique, which span from high thrills to gentle swings," said Johannes Pattermann, RamaYana WaterPark marketing/sales director, in a press release.

RamaYana WaterPark's website comes with a message to parents: "Warning: Kids will not want to leave RamaYana WaterPark!" And it may just be because the younger visitors to the facility have the choice of not one but two uniquely designed areas for water play. The AquaPlay Rain Fortress features numerous slides and interactive elements ideal for children ages 3 to 14, while the AquaSplash is perfect for the youngest visitors and features a variation of water levels and a special soft flooring that provide a different experience for each user.
