Celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, Water Country USA is the mid-Atlantic coast’s largest waterpark.
Located in the historic Williamsburg, Va., area, the park was designed with a vintage surf theme. There are more than 30 slides and water rides, including a 700-foot lazy river, the Kritter Korral children’s play area and Virginia’s largest wave pool.
One of the newest attractions is Jammin’ Jukebox slide tower, located in the park’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Island section and featuring music from the 1950s and ’60s.
More than 1,500 lounge chairs are available throughout the facility, and private cabana rentals are available in several areas.
