A woman injured three years ago at a Wisconsin Dells, Wis. waterpark has filed a lawsuit.
According to Madison.com, Terry E. Kubitz is suing Noah;s Ark waterpark for negligence after sustaining injuries in 2012 that caused a traumatic brain injury and permanent disfigurement.
The lawsuit claims 50-year-old Kubitz was using an inflatable raft to descend down a ride when the raft went over a steep drop-off and part of the device struck her in the head, the news agency reported.
"Kubitz was knocked unconscious, the lawsuit states, and suffered multiple injuries, including a traumatic brain injury, a concussion, post concussive syndrome, a displaced orbital fracture, eye injury, facial injuries and neck and back injuries," Madison.com indicated.
