On Sept. 30, hundreds of waterpark operators, designers, suppliers and developers will converge for the WWA Show in West Palm Beach. This year's show program will include educational sessions, networking events, waterpark tours and two days of trade show time. The 100,000-square-foot exhibit hall will house hundreds of companies showcasing products and services that make operations run smoothly and more profitably. The keynote session by Eric Chester, founder of the Center for Work Ethic Development, will address how waterparks can engage employees and improve performance, particularly with young people, who often work as front-line employees. Networking events will include West Palm Beach’s largest waterpark, The Rapids, as well as BB King’s Blues Club at CityPlace. For more details, go to http://www.waterparks.org/convention.asp.
