To suit all citizens, the organically shaped pool is segmented into different zones, including zero-depth entry, lazy river, and Vortex, as well as learn-to-swim and water basketball areas. A 25-yard lap/wellness pool boasts a rock climbing wall with four waterfalls and diving platforms for the more adventurous. A ceiling-mounted rain curtain clears lifeguard sight lines by eliminating obstructive connections. It also ties into the locale: With a flash of light and clap of thunder, it becomes a Midwestern thunderstorm.
