1 MIN READ

Dad Matthew Clarke has a popular YouTube video series “Convos With My 4-Year-Old” (formerly “Convos With My 2-Year-Old”) in which he reenacts discussions he’s had with his daughter, Coco. In this latest segment, Clarke, takes it to the swimming pool, where he pretends to be participating in a swim lesson. Watch as he “learns” how to stay afloat by kicking, and even revels in his own accomplishment calling out to everyone on the pool deck, from mom to onlookers. We’ve all been there. As lifeguards, facility operators, swim instructors and even parents, we’ve either watched or facilitated in a swim lesson for a young child. This fun clip cleverly portrays this moment and in a comical way celebrates the small yet very important achievement of learning how to swim. Be sure to watch to the very end, where Coco makes a special cameo.
