The Pool & Hot Tub Alliance has created one of the cornerstones of its workforce development program.

A new jobseeker website and job board were launched. is established to help consumers learn more about the aquatics industry and its positions, as well as to help companies find new staffers. Job and career seekers can find critical information about the industry, including the kinds of positions and career available, earning potential and personal success stories.

To elevate the industry’s visibility among potential employees, PHTA plans to promote Work In Aquatics on Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as to conduct public relations and advertising campaigns, and continually update its selection of videos, new resources and other assets.
