Over the past five years, the number of visitors flocking to I-Drive – an 11.1-mile-long thoroughfare filled with attractions and eateries -- has been soaring. That, in turn, is fueling interest in property investment and development.
One of the most recent deal announcements was CoCo Key Water Resort on I-Drive, which was sold to InSite Orlando One, LLC, for $15.1 million in November 2015.
Another announcement came in early December,after Orange County commissioners unanimously approved the ambitious Skyplex Orlando Development. Set to open in 2018, it aims to be a record-breaking theme park.
