Landmark Aquatic entered a new phase of leadership on November 1, 2026, when Scott Jones took over as chief executive officer (CEO). Jones, who served as chief operating officer, succeeded J. Ryan Casserly, founder of the Landmark platform. Casserly is now the executive chairman, focusing on mergers and acquisitions while continuing to guide the company’s long-term vision and strategic direction.

Jones brings extensive operational experience to the position. As COO, he helped strengthen operations, improve alignment across the organization, and advance initiatives to support Landmark’s next phase of growth.

Casserly said he and Jones have worked closely over the past two years to strengthen the business and prepare it for future growth. He expressed confidence in Jones’ industry knowledge, leadership, and commitment to the company’s employees and customers.

Jones says he looks forward to building on Landmark’s foundation and working with its team to advance the company and the commercial aquatics industry. He emphasized the importance of creating opportunities for employees and helping customers maximize the value of their aquatic facilities throughout their lifecycles.

Landmark Aquatic says it will continue to prioritize employee development, expand its capabilities, and pursue continuous improvement. The company also plans to maintain its long-term commitment to the customers and communities it serves while supporting the advancement of the commercial aquatics industry.
